The new QY desulfuration and dust removal tray developed at home and abroad has a dust removal and desulfurization efficiency of about 5%-10% and 20% higher than that of the swirl tray respectively.
The slurry desulfurization technology jointly developed by the company, Tsinghua University and Kunming University of technology won the first prize of Yunnan Science and Technology Progress Award in 2018. This technology is a key project of the 863 plan of the Eleventh Five Year Plan and the twelfth five year plan. It is mainly aimed at the metallurgical and chemical industries. Minerals and solid wastes are used to replace desulfurizer, sulfur-containing flue gas is used to replace sulfuric acid to reduce desulfurization costs, achieve solid waste reduction, ultra-low SO2 emission, and form a deep coupling process of flue gas desulfurization, mineral processing, and solid waste disposal. It is the first time to achieve flue gas desulfurization to turn losses into profits.
